What to Check Before Renting an E-Bike in Dubrovnik

A little preparation makes a Dubrovnik e-bike day easier. Before you book, check the collection and return times, what is included, where you will pick up the bike and whether your route suits the hills and distance you have in mind.

Book and plan ahead

Please arrange your rental at least one day ahead or book through our app. Collection is available on weekdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm; return the bike between 6:00 pm and 9:00 pm. We are in front of Bistro Bacchus on Ćira Carića in Lapad. Check our Contact page for the map, location photo and directions.

Check the bike with our team

Before leaving, make sure you are comfortable with the controls. Check the brakes, tyres, battery level, lights and the bike’s general condition, and raise any issue with us before your ride. A helmet and lock are included. Ask ahead if you need a child seat with a child helmet; this is an extra and depends on availability.

Our e-bikes have a range of up to 60 km per charge. Treat this as a maximum guide: Dubrovnik’s hills, your assistance setting and other riding conditions affect how far you can go. Leave enough time and battery for your return.

Choose the right rental option

Choose Freedom Ride (€39) for a bike and a suggested route, or Explorer Ride (€59) for our curated route and local recommendations. City delivery costs €15 per bike and city pickup costs €15; arrange these with us before your ride.

Want a two-hour evening ride? The Last-Minute Sunset Ride is €19 and can be requested only on the day if bikes remain unbooked. Compare the packages or message us on WhatsApp.
